"the Brotherhood of the Rose"はUltima VIのエンパスアビーの農夫エクハート(Eckhart)のセリフに登場しています。訳語はTOWNS版での「バラ修道会」を当てています。0103という年代ですがUltima Vが0139年なのでそこから36年前ということになります。

The Codex of Ultima WisdomのEaster Eggs and Cultural Referencesによれば著者のI.M.Munkは"I'm monk(僕は修道士)"のもじりとのこと。
